Data we process and why
Visiting the website
On every visit, our hosting provider Infomaniak (Switzerland) automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, pages viewed, browser type) in server logs. This data is used to run and secure the website.
Contact form
When you write to us, we process the data you enter: name, email address, company and phone number (optional) and your message. It is used only to answer your request. Messages are forwarded to Kordée by email.
Booking a meeting
Online booking is provided by Cal.com, Inc. (United States). The booking calendar is loaded from Cal.com, which then receives technical data such as your IP address. If you book, Cal.com processes the data you enter (name, email address, meeting details) to arrange the meeting. See Cal.com’s privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no tracking cookies, no audience analytics and no advertising. Fonts are served by the website itself. Cal.com may use technical cookies needed for booking to work.
Data transfers abroad
The website is hosted in Switzerland. Only our booking provider, Cal.com, is based in the United States, so booking data may be processed there.
How long we keep data
Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted after 12 months at the latest, unless a business relationship follows or the law requires a longer period.
Your rights
You can at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to nicolas@kordee.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes
This notice may be updated. The version published on this page applies.
